Apple Strudel, which is a very common style of strudel, mostly out of strudel dough, flaky pastry, dough made with curd cheese or yeast dough. The stuffing usually consists of apples, dark rasins and in butter roasted breadcrumbs, seasond with cinnamon and sugar.
We serve our Strudel warm and crispy, garnished with icing sugar, a scoop of vanilla icecream and whipping cream.
